Order & Return Policy

If you decide that an item that isn't  right for you, we invite you to visit your returns page or contact us directly to process a return request. All returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery and we must be intimated of a return/exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order. Failing to do so would affect your returns.

Our Promise

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Write to sales@retag.in an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!



Important to know

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)
  • Product(s) sold during sale are non-refundable.
  • We offer exchange & store credits of the purchase value with the validity of 6 months on all returns. All store credits must be redeemed in one go.
  • 100% cash back is given only if the product is proven to be In-Authentic.
  • ReTag is not responsible for any colour discharge/fading once the goods are sold.
  • ReTag does not entertain exchanges pertaining to any colour variations in the merchandise which may arise due to digital photography.
  • If an item is received damaged , please reach out to the ReTag support team.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable when returning items.
  • All disputes are subjected to Delhi's jurisdiction.
