Order & Return Policy
If you decide that an item that isn't the right for you or your child, we invite you to visit your returns page or contact us directly to process a return request. All returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery and we must be intimated of a return/exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order. Failing to do so would affect your returns.
If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Write to email@example.com an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Important to know
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)
- Product(s) sold during sale are non-refundable.
- We offer exchange & store credits of the purchase value with the validity of 12 months on all returns. All store credits must be redeemed in one go.
- 100% cash back is given only if the product is proven to be In-Authentic.
- ReTag is not responsible for any colour discharge/fading once the goods are sold.
- ReTag does not entertain exchanges pertaining to any colour variations in the merchandise which may arise due to digital photography.
- If an item is received damaged , please reach out to the ReTag support team.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable when returning items.
- All disputes are subjected to Delhi's jurisdiction.
