Is every item listed on ReTag Authentic?

Yes. ReTag only deals in authentic branded merchandise.

Are all orders provided with Authenticity Certificates?

Yes, authenticity certificates are provided for all orders. Additional authentication is available on request for an additional cost of Rs 800 from our partners based out in USA & may result in longer processing times .

In what physical condition are the items?

ReTag lists both New and Pre-owned items. These can be classified as New with tags, New without tags, Almost new, Good condition, and Used fairly well.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, online bank transfer via IMPS or NEFT. Cash-on-Delivery is offered in most locations in Delhi-NCR. Paytm is currently supported, and we are adding additional online wallet providers as needed.

Is my Credit Card information secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through major payment gateways with industry-standard encryption. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Is my name or contact detail visible on your site?

No, we value your privacy, and ensure a safe and discreet buying experience.

Do you offer a warranty on the items?

While we make every effort to ensure quality control through our Authentication and Product Spa service, we are unable to offer a warranty, since most items are pre-owned. Some manufacturer warranties may apply for specific items - please refer to the product descriptions.

When will I get my order?

Most ReTag orders are shipped within 7- 10 business days. Based on your location, delivery times may vary between an additional 2 -5 days.

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

What happens if my item is "IN-AUTHENTIC"?

We have a very detailed and stringent evaluation process and have built our reputation on these unwavering standards. In the extremely rare event that the item is proven to be inauthentic, we offer an unconditional 100% refund.

What is your Return Policy?

Please see our Returns page to initiate a Return Request. We are able to process returns intimated within 24hrs of receiving the products.

Do you have a brick & mortar store that I can visit to see the items?

ReTag plans to establish retail stores at select locations. We are currently offering an online sales experience.

Is there any way I can inspect the items before purchase?

Yes, we offer an On-Site Preview Service. You may shortlist upto 5 items online and our sales team will arrange for them to be brought to you at a nominal transit charge of Rs 500. If you decide to purchase any of the items during the visit, this charge is waived off.

I purchased an item a few months ago, but my child has outgrown them. Can I sell it back to you?

Of course! You may choose to re-list an item bought from us after 6 months. Please see our Seller page to get started.
